Orders placed December 23,2020 - January 3, 2021 will ship Monday Januart 4, 2021.
Free Shipping on all orders in the United States.
All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Small single items such as Ties, Vests, Studs and Cufflinks will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail to keep prices of these items down. Orders over $50 or orders combining multiple smaller items will ship Priority Mail. We ship orders Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Hillsborough, NC 27278. Most orders will ship one business day after the order is received.
Exchange & Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return Policy thoroughly before placing an order. Some items may not be exchangeable or returnable. This information will be provided on the individual item description page.
If you would like to Exchange or Return an item that you purchased from FormalwearOutletOnline.com please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must receive a Return Authorization Number to be eligible to send an item back to Exchange or to receive a Store Credit. We do not offer Money Back Returns.
To obtain a Return Authorization Number please follow these instructions:
1) Login to the "My Account" tab of FormalwearOutletOnline.com.
2) Go to your Completed Orders, then click Return Item next to the item(s) you wish to return.
3) Complete the Return Request Form.
Once a Return Authorization Number has been issued we must receive your item(s) within 7 business days or the package will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees to return the item(s) to our warehouse.
Please do not ship your order back to us until you have received a Return Authorization Number
The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package that your item is being returned in. We cannot identify packages without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked. Unauthorized returns will remain unopened and donated to charity.
For an item to be accepted for an Exchange or Store Credit it must be in the same condition as when it was originally shipped with all tags attached and intact. Items must not be altered, damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and must be free of offensive odors (i.e. smoke). All returned items must be packaged securely in the original or comparable packaging with appropriate packaging materials. Upon receipt of your package we will inspect the items to be sure they meet the standards for an exchange specified above. If an Exchange / Returned Item is rejected for any reason you, the customer, will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the items to you.
If you feel that we have overlooked something or your order is incorrect please accept our apology and notify us within 5 business days of the problem so that we can correct it for you as quickly as possible. Use our Contact Form to send us an email and be sure to include your Name, Address, Order Number and specify your concerns.
